there are 36 different possible world states at the conclusion The Witcher 3.  These endings are preceded by 3 different epilogue sequences. 

と答えています。

"world state"の意味がよくわかりませんが、マルチエンディングなのは間違いないようです。またゲーム内世界も広大で、The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kingsの35倍の広さがあるとも答えています。
